Kōkako Half-Caf is a 50/50 blend of decaffeinated and full-strength coffee - to create a blend 

We’ve brought Half-Caf into our Kōkako range so you can enjoy all of our coffee from the same place. Half-Caf is perfect for when you want a little oomph... but not too much.

It’s the same 50/50 blend you know, with full flavour and half the caffeine. Expect smooth notes of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and orange — a coffee you can enjoy into the afternoon without worrying about staying up all night.

If you’ve enjoyed Half-Caf from our sibling brand Everybird, you’ll be glad to know it’s the same beloved blend.

The only difference is a new look and a new bird. Our Aotea and Mahana blends are represented by the North and South Island Kōkako. Half-Caf now carries the Kākāpō — a treasured taonga of Aotearoa. Critically endangered and nocturnal, the kākāpō is a symbol of successful conservation and, like Half-Caf, is perfectly suited to the evening.

You’ll also notice new packaging. Like all of our Kōkako packaging, it’s home compostable — simply remove the valve before composting.

So while the look has changed, the coffee in your cup hasn’t. It’s the same Half-Caf you love, now proudly part of the Kōkako range.
